1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bbajie ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bbajie website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, live casino, payment facilities, and all related services (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the bbajie platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

bbajie reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account. bbajie employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, bbajie will require you to provide satisfactory proof of identity and age. Acceptable documents include:

• Valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh

2.2 Underage Access

If bbajie has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account is held by an individual under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any deposits made by an underage user will be returned to the original payment method where technically feasible. 2.3 Geographic Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bbajie Services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance. bbajie is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bbajie platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bbajie reserves the right to close all but one account (at its sole discretion), forfeit any bonus funds accumulated across duplicate accounts, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bbajie will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bbajie support immediately at [email protected]. bbajie is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs through your failure to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Ownership

Player accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any other person. Any such transfer will render the account and associated funds immediately void.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bbajie supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are conducted within the platform's ৳ wallet system.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bbajie is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers (such as bKash and Nagad) may apply their own daily transaction limits in accordance with Bangladesh Bank regulations. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your bbajie wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the bKash, Nagad, or bank account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be returned where possible, and the player account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. bbajie aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets within two minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days to arrive in the destination account.

Withdrawals will not be processed until the player has successfully completed KYC identity verification. bbajie reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal that is unusual in size, frequency, or destination. Players who have received bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before those bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Fees

bbajie does not charge any platform-side transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, or card network) may apply their own service charges as per their published fee schedules. bbajie has no control over and accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the bbajie platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bbajie does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction, and bbajie accepts no liability for any resulting currency conversion loss.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bbajie may offer promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting free bets. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms by incorporation. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be turned over in real-money wagers before a withdrawal can be requested. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

bbajie operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. 5.3 Promotional Changes

bbajie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of any such modification will have their bonus honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bbajie platform you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripted systems to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any winnings resulting from a documented software error are void and will be reversed.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the bbajie platform software.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering with other players for the purpose of guaranteed profit extraction.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or depositing funds sourced from illegal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication toward bbajie staff or other users via any support or chat channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction or self-exclusion that you or bbajie has placed on your account.

6.2 Responsible Use

Players are encouraged to use the platform's built-in responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — proactively and not only in response to a gambling-related problem. 7. Account Suspension & Closure

bbajie reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bbajie reasonably believes that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bbajie account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is confirmed, any outstanding wagering requirement obligations must be resolved, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the standard timelines, and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Suspension for Investigation

Where bbajie initiates an investigation into potential fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, your account may be suspended and your balance frozen for the duration of the investigation. bbajie will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to you via the email address registered on your account. During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals.

7.3 Effect of Closure on Balances

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by bbajie — any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via the most recently used payment method, subject to the successful completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding breach investigation. Balances that cannot be returned due to KYC failure or third-party payment method restrictions will be held securely for a period of 12 months, after which they may be subject to applicable dormancy handling procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbajie, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bbajie platform or its Services.

8.1 Platform Availability

bbajie strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. The platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance periods, emergency downtime, or disruptions caused by factors outside bbajie's control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, Bangladesh power outages, third-party software failures, or force majeure events. bbajie accepts no liability for any betting or gaming opportunity missed as a result of planned or unplanned downtime.

8.2 Betting Errors

bbajie is not responsible for any erroneous bets placed by a user due to a misunderstanding of the odds, market terms, or game rules. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the details of any wager before confirming it. Bets confirmed by the player are final and cannot be reversed except where a palpable error (such as a clearly incorrect odds entry by bbajie) is identified, in which case bbajie reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's wallet.

8.3 Third-Party Services

bbajie's platform incorporates games and services supplied by third-party providers including game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). bbajie accepts no liability for the actions, omissions, or failures of these third-party providers beyond bbajie's direct control.
